SUMMIT SUPPORT
A helping hand.

Email Summit Support
support@summitquitsmoking.comInclude your app version, iPhone model, and what happened. Please don’t send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive health information.
Manage or cancel Premium
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select Summit. The app also offers Manage Subscription on its paywall. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore a purchase
Use Restore Purchases on the Summit paywall with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. If access doesn’t return, email us with a description of the issue. Do not send your Apple password.
Plans aren’t loading
Check your internet connection, reopen Summit, and try Retry Loading Plans if it appears. If the issue continues, tell us what you see and your app version.
Smoking estimates
In the app’s Quit Profile settings, update cigarettes per day, cigarettes per pack, and pack cost. Summit calculates pack duration, cigarettes avoided, and estimated savings from those entries.
Quit medicines
You can add, change, or clear optional quit-medicine choices in Settings. Using nicotine replacement does not reset smoke-free progress.
Request a refund
For purchases billed by Apple, visit Apple’s Report a Problem page. Apple handles eligibility and refund decisions.
Your privacy and saved information
Read our privacy policy for details about local storage, optional AI sharing, 30-day quality-review storage, and data requests. In Settings, you can clear Coach memory separately from deleting server-saved Coach chats. For access or deletion questions, email support with “Privacy request” in the subject.
Help quitting cigarettes
Free quitline support is available in the United States at 1-800-QUIT-NOW. For treatment questions, speak with a qualified clinician or pharmacist.
Not an emergency service
Summit and this support inbox are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
